Is there any way to see the wish list on an iPhone or iOS device?
I'm trying to see the songs I added to my wishlist on my iPhone. Is this possible?

No, currently you can only see it on your computer's iTunes.
With iOS 7 in the Autumn, if you are in the US then from http://www.apple.com/ios/ios7/features/#itunes-radio :
View the History of everything you’ve heard or added to your Wish List. Then tap to download the songs you want from iTunes.
