To try and stop it happening you might, depending upon the iOS version that you have on your device, a Settings > General > Restrictions > Require Password setting which you can set to 'Immediately' (the default is a 15 minute period during which it doesn't need re-entering). You can also turn off in-app purchases via the Restrictions screen.
