How can I add an icloud alias to my mail inbox?

I know that icloud aliases are part of the main @me.com adress.

How can I create icloud aliases' own mailbox under INBOX rather than everything piling into general mailbox?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4), Mail App

For some reason it is not in my inbox. Whenever i receive an email or reply to that alias it gets all piled up into one mailbox which belongs to the main email adress.
