I keep going round in circle, there is no such option on my new PC as "authorize this computer". Please help??
I tried from the itune menu, store menu, loging in to my account details...all I managed to do was de-authorized my old 2 PC but I now have no option to authorize my new one.

Go to the Store menu item on the menu bar, and choose Authorize This Computer, as shown below.
If by any chance you don't see the menu bar (File, Edit, View, Controls, Store, Help), first enable it by using CTRL+B.

after finding the right "store page" I finally found it, thank you, indeed the toolbar was missing which was not helping.
