anyone have issues with 2011 13" MBP trackpad

I have a 2011 13" MBP and there are now places on the touchpad that don't click and the click seems lighter even on the areas that do respond to click.

Is this a known issue?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.5.4), iPhone 3G
