I cannot access my iPhotos
I am unable to open iPhoto 9.2.1. I tried to download an update onto my Mac OS10.6.8 but cannot access that either.
How can I access my iPhotos?

It jumps up and down and then stops!

This is the latest version for OS 10.6.8 download that update and tell us what happens after that. You may have an error in your iPhoto library that is causing it to not open but the first step is always to update software
Please describe what you have - your question says you have iPhoto '11 version 9.2.1 and OS X 10.6.8 -- Your profile says you have Mt Lion 10.8.x
