My Itunes refuses to update. I have checked for updates and indeed it recommends installing the latest version, which I did. But when I press download nothing happens and then it keeps asking me to go online, in spite of the fact that I am connected to the internet. I had just downloaded something to watch from Itunes but it kept crashing so I figured updating it might fix the problem. Any ideas as to how I could solve this problem?
