Q: I pre-ordered an album like a month ago and yesterday it became available. The album says I have purchased it but it is not in my purchased items and I have received an email to say it is available to download but i can't download it.

when I sign into itunes it says "the pre-ordered item is now ready for download select okay to begin downloading" but when i select okay it takes me to the payment methods page... I thought by pre-ordering it I had already paid for it.
I am very confused and I would go and buy a new itunes card and just buy it but I can't even purchase it because it says I already have!!!!
