we just bought an apple tv, which is a box not the screen, for some reason it is stuck in a circle. all it says is "accessing apple store" we do not know how to fix it. anyone know how to help us?

one have to go into the settings and connect it to the wifi network with the wifi password if it's
not using wired ethernet cable to the router
Is ur network is fast,can effect ur apple tv when show circle lack of speed
we have apple tv, a box that connects to an LG flat screen. it seems to be stuck in "accesing itunes store" it is in a circle and wont do anything else but have that on the screen. we do not know how to get it to do anything else?
