AppleWorks documents can be opened by AppleWorks (of which there is/was a PC version, sold only to the education market, but sometimes available on ebay or similar sites. AppleWorks is the only application that can open AW database or paint documents.

LibreOffice 4.1.1 (still in beta and not widely available) is reported to be able to open AppleWorks word processing documents (and can save to several formats, including both you mentioned).

AppleWorks drawing documents can be opened by EazyDraw. I don't know if there is a {C version of this appication.

Pages, Numbers and Keynote respectively can open Appleworks 6 word processing, spreadsheet and presentation documents. None of these three applications is available in a PC version.

If you would like to send a copy of this (single) document to me to attempt to open and convert to either Word or odt., you are welcome to do so. Please includde "AppleWorks document" in the subject line. My address is available in my profile, which can be accessed by clicking my name in blue to the left of this message.
