Using Automator to Close App Windows (Not Quit)

Hi guys, as the title says, is there any possible way to do this? Right now, I have an Automator application created to quit all my apps, which is especially useful when things get a little too messy, or if I just want to quickly tidy things up before handing my mac over to someone to use .

But there are those 2 apps Messages and Mail which I set exceptions to. I would, however, like their windows to be closed NOT quit. I can't find any such option within Automator's 'Search' function and a couple of google searches didnt help either.

Would appreciate any help here. Thanks!
