Hello, ColoSanchez.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

I would start by removing iTunes and all of it's components in the order specified of this article.

Removing and reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows Vista or Windows 7

Once uninstalled, download and install a new copy of iTunes.

If you experience any issue or error when attempting to uninstall any component, this article will help you resolve those conflicts.

"The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable" alert when removing Apple software in Windows

For error -42404, I have included a screenshot of the section that will help with that issue. See the section labeled Specific Conditions and Alert Messages: (Mac OS X / Windows) > "Error 42023" through "Error 42408".

No it didn't help at all. I have dome exactly what you put dozens of times and I might be out of hope. I spoke to an apple senior advisor for a long while, we called each other back everyday and we are still talking about this issue. However, now he is going to send my computer info (Computer logs) to Apple Engineers at Apple HQ. hopefully they fix it. Because this *****. Nobody knows how to fix this except maybe, the people who actually WORK on iTunes.
