Q: I have a gift store from the applestore and its not working????

What happens and when e.g. if you are you trying to redeem it then are you getting an error message, and as the iTunes card issued in the same country as your account is based (they are only valid in their country of issue) ?

If you are getting a 'not activated' message then are you able to take it back to the store that you bought it from and ask them to activate it properly ? If you've scratched off part of the code then see if this page helps.
