I canceled a pre-order of an album but whenever I check the album it still says it's pre-ordered. BUT it's not on my 'manage my pre-order' section.

I pre-ordered Dynamics by Holy Ghost! and downloaded a song from it. I made a mistake about this so I demanded for a refund of the song & I received the email that confirmed it. But the song is still in my music library and the pre-order of the album hasn't seem to be canceled whenever I check the album on the iTunes store, which was also written on the webpage that it was canceled when I demanded the refund of the song. But since the album isn't on my "manage your pre-orders" section in my 'view account', I think it's canceled...I'm not sure.

Is the pre-order canceled? When I get a refund of a song why is the song still in my music library?
