If in one file, email it to yourself, open the attachment & import to your contacts.

Email the file to yourself and open the email on your phone. Open the attachment or go to www.icloud.com log in open contacts there and import the vcard

There are a many ways of doing this:

1) sending the file to yourself to an email account(s) your iPhone uses

2) importing them via www.icloud.com (via "Import vCard..")

3) using iTunes

4) using 3rd Party apps.

The best soulution is to send the vCard file to your own email address as an attachment.

Do the following:

1) form the computer where the contacts are stored, create a new email with the vCard attachment and send it t yourself (or rather the email(s) your iPhone uses)

2) open the email in the "Mail" app on your iPhone

3) tap the vCard (.vcf) attachment in the email

4) next tap on "Add All # Contacts" to import the contents of the vCard contacts to your iPhone.* **

5) Verify that the address book was moved over by launching either Phone and tapping Contacts or by launching the separate “Contacts” app on the iPhone.

^* Notice the add option (in this case #) tells you how many contacts are stored within the vCard, making it easy to determine if all intended contact information is included.

** You can also manually select individual contacts from the list if you only wish to import one or two.
