Q: icloud backup doesn`t complete.

every time i begin to backup the my iphone 4, the process dropped after 2-3 minutes with a message that the latest backup is not completed despite that wifi is good and i have 70 % free storage.

asking for support, thank you.

    The iphone that you owe (3G) is not compatible with the cloud, so if the problem with that, you may want to troubleshoot itunes and computer. If the iphone 4 is not backing up try to reduce size of the first backup by turning off all options described in that article below. If backup is successful, try to turn those on in groups of few, and backup in steps.
