I just bought a brand new iPod touch 5th gen and it will not let me download any music from the cloud or purchase any from iTunes I have tried a differ t Internet connection and restarted and rest network settings please help

It goes to downloads and then says done or retry retry and will still not work

Try when connected to another network
I've already tried two networks
Try
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on the router
- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- Go to Settings>iTunes and App stores and sign out and sign back in
- Restore from backup. See:
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
I did all the steps and then tried to download a song from the cloud and it had the Sam problem :(
Can you purchase by a computer?

Unfortunately I do not own a computer & uk
Just got brand new ipod and won't let me download from iTunes
