Q: About restoring my iphone using the Erase all contents and settings. Please help me.

I restore my iphone using the Erase all contents and setting, it has a memory of 32 gig and iv'e been waiting for an hour and my phone screen is still in a loading circle. Is this normal or i need someone to fix it? please help me. im worried about my phone

iPhone 4, iOS 6.1.3
