Changing Song order of play & combeining 2 CDs?

When importing a CD, the sequence is out of order of play. How do I change the sequence to the original? Using the 2 of 24 cuts does not work.

Also when a work is in two CDs how do you combien the two into 1. Giving them the same Album title does not combien them.
