Wife's name with husband's Picture on buddy list

Wife's name shows up next to husband's picture on buddy list. How do I get husband's name to go with husband's picture on his computer?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

Wife needs wife's picture attached to wife's contact card; husband needs husband's picture attached to husband's contact card.

If husband and wife are sharing a contact card and husband's picture is attached to that shared card, then husband's picture will show up next to wife's name on Buddy list.

If you do have separate cards, select 'Make this my card' under the Cards menu for your contact card.

Unfortunately, my success was short-lived because my wife and I have our contacts co-ordinated, which is very valuable to us. The problem is, however,when I changed "Make this my card" under the Cards menu for my contact card it changed it so my name and her picture appeared on her computer. If I changed her card on her computer, my computer reverts back to her name and my picture. Any thoughts you might have would be appreciated.

You have two separate cards, one for you and one for her - is that correct?

If the above is true, do you have two different pictures?

With your first screen shot selected, highlight that Buddy, then go Buddies/Show Info and select your card.
