iPhone 4 keyboard some of the letters won't work

I have an iPhone 4 and the buttons O, P and the backspace isn't working in fact the strip on the right of my screen won't work, I really don't have much money so will this cost a lot to fix? I'm a bit annoyed as I haven't had my iPhone 4 long. I have already reset my iPhone to factory settings numerous times before you ask.
