Ipad apps

Good day

i was searching for some apps but couldn't download them due to that they are not available on the South African apple store. I have an account in South Africa. Apps like monopoly, EA sport soccer, basketball, Olympic summer games. All these games mention are available on US account. How can get these apps?

Go to a country where they are available, and for paid applications, supply a payment method valid there.
