I put three movies on my USB along with some files for school and the files for school are there but not the movies. The movies are taking up most of the space on my USB and I can't put many more files on there. The movies are invisible. I really need to delete them. The movies are just off iTunes and I don't want them anymore.

Hi, what format is the USB stick?
Can you afford to erase or reformat it?
What is the format of the USB? Also I can erase all the files on it but I'm not sure how to.

Open Disk Utility>Erase. Select the USB drive from the left hand column and select Mac OS Extended (Journaled) in the 'Format' field. Click on the Erase tab.
ALL DATA ON THAT USB DRIVE WILL BE ERASED.
