Wi-Fi settings grayed out in my iphone 4s

Wi-Fi settings grayed out in my iphone 4s,and all solution avilable like restart iphone,reset netwrok setting, reset network setting in airplane mode are not working. Please help me on this ....

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.3
