I'm really struggling to install Windows 7 on my iMac

I have;

21.5" late 2009 imac with OS X 10.8.4 (12E55)

A 500gb USB Drive with the support software downloaded (FAT32) and also all the windows software and ISO

I've partitioned the mac drive so 100GB available in MS DOS FAT32

I have a cd rom with the windows installation files on

I've tried running bootcamp and that fails to see the cd or USB

Whatever i try and do I cannot get the USB or CD to show when i reboot pressing the Option Key. All it shows is the MAc Drive and option to recover!!

HELP!!!?
