Apr 10, 2014 12:07 AM in response to Dbax98by fullercorp,I have been trying all of the above and nothing is working. I have a PC, by the way. I have no little clouds and strangely, i have no option in my account for unhiding purchases in iTunes in the Cloud. So, was the end answer just to redownload everything?

May 20, 2014 3:22 AM in response to Dbax98by PyroKnight23,I was stuck on this for a very long time. I couldn't figure out why things would show I purchsed but I couldn't download. Found out the songs and albums were hidden. So here's what I did to fix my issue, hopefully it will help people who come to this link and need help like I did.
1) Go to the iTunes store
2) Click on "Account" in the quick links (right side of home page)
3) Under iTunes in the Cloud, look for Hidden Purchases, then click on the link to the right that says "Manage"
4) It should show all of your "hidden" songs here. Simply click the "Unhide" button under each album
5) Go back to the iTunes Store home
6) Click on "Purchased" link in the Quick Links
All the albums that you couldn't see and download before should be there now. Hopefully this solves anybody elses issues like it did mine with this. I had to read through several forums before I found this out. Good luck all!

Jun 21, 2014 3:09 PM in response to Problem with my batteryby Cshizzle23,Ah, thank you! I had a similar problem but the songs WERE in my ITunes library but were grayed out. Also, when I tried to click on the download/cloud button next to the title name it was un-clickable. I followed your steps even though I didn't have the exact problem and with a few changes, my problem was solved.
After step 4 I ran into problems. In my "ITunes in iCloud" section there was no "Hidden Purchases". I did however click on the (I think this was the name, but it was the only button) "Learn More" button and it brought me back to a page similar to the page after signing in. From there, I was able to click on my "Purchases" link. After this I was able to click on the download/cloud button and the songs worked. Relatively easy process, but I got the help I needed..
Thanks again.

Jun 28, 2014 2:57 AM in response to Dbax98by Fiz19,The same thing happened with an album to me! I had purchased the songs but it would let me play them or redownload them.
What I did was search each song individually in itunes and when I clicked to download them it said that I had already purchased them so I could download them for free. I did this for every song and it worked fine.
Hope this helps!
