Q: Contacts

My friend used my apple Is to create his own ICloud account and when I created my account I lost all the contacts on my iPhone 4 but got all of his contacts. Anyway I can recover my contacts? Thanks

    Why would you let someone else use your AppleID to create an iCloud account?

     

    The only way to get your contacts back is to restore them from the most recent backup you've made. How you do that depends on how you made the backup. Alternatively, if the contacts are still on the computer you sync with, re-sync them.
