I deleted some files from my external HD on my mac. After clearing up the trash, 3 of the document files are still there. Whenever i connect my HD, they appear to be in trash. 'Clear Trash' works but doesn't delete those files. Any solutions?
All 3 files are 4 Kb document files. Whenever i try to delete them by clearing trash, the trash makes the deleting sound but does not delete them. Whenever i try to copy them to the HD again, i get the -8072 error.
