Q: i had to reset my ipod classic because it froze now it is telling me to go to apple.com/support/ipod what do i do now

i had to reset my ipod classic by pressing menu/center buttons now all im getting is an x with a circle around it and being sent to apple.com/support/ipod what do i do now

If your iPod is showing a red X symbol, you may find the following article helpful:
