Accidentally deleted the App Store app on iPhone

Have you gone into Settings > General > Restrictions and checked to see if you have 'Installing Apps' set 'off' ? That would hide the App Store app

Yes. It will reset your Home screen layouts.

If the App store is hidden by Restrictions, it will not be enabled by Reset Home screen layout.

You need to re-enable Installing Apps in General > Restrictions.

It's on another screen or in a folder.

On the Home screen, swipe left to right and search for it.

Oh, it is not impossible. I deleted mine. I have been trying to get it back for a very long time and nothing is working! I search....it is not there. I turned off getting new apps in parental controls, and I forgot the passcode, and now I can't figure out how to reset the passcode or get the app store back.

Just deleted the App Store app but followed your instructions and ....it's back. Thanks ...

IM just wondering if you managed to get an answer to your post bec I've done the very same thing and for the love of god I cnt remember my passcode I've tried over 50 times and the best thing about it is I use the same passcode for everything it's doing my head in

Go to the settings icon...then go to general...then go to reset...Then go to reset home screen layout. This will not delete any of the apps you have added and will get you back your app icon.
