my old computer crashed and i cant figure out how to transfer my music from my ipod touch to my laptop... not all the music was purchased from itunes. and ineed some help._.

I know but he/she can upload to itunes from his/her ipod.

Notice i said back up FROM the ipod not TO. Im sorry if that sounded snotty, I didnt intend it to.
But you do not backup apps and music from the iPod.
You can transfer iTunes purchases to the computer by:
iTunes Store: Transferring purchases from your iOS device or iPod to a computer
But that does not cover music from CD and the original poster said he has some CD music on his iPod.
