Roland Pc 180 midi controller pitch bend not working

How do I get my Roland Pc 180 midi controller keyboard pitch bend to work in Garageband?

I'm using a Fasttrack pro interface into my G5 mac.

I'm trying to use it on the 'classic rock organ.'

your question solved it for me thanks, Hangtime.

the keyboard instruments won't accept the pitchbend information, but the horns, and I suppose other 'bendable' instruments will.

You got it. Pianos and Organ's for instance, do not have pitchbend in real life, so they don't in MIDI either (would be fun,though)
