Lost Admin Password - now Keychain problems after resetting pass.

So I was unable to login to OS X Lion 10.8.4, following the instruction here: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/5118960

So I followed the instructions there, restarted, and was prompted and allowed access to the Admin account, however now I am being asked for Keychain access, something called Messages Agent, etc. and no matter how many times I click Cancel (because it's the old password I do not know) it just comes back.

What do I do now?

From the linked article.

If the login password was reset because the user forgot the old password, the keys, passwords, and other information in the keychain will not be accessible, andthe user will need to create a new keychain.

Keychain - About your keychain password

You'll have to add all your passwords back in the new keychain.

Keychain Access/File/New Keychain.
