How to sync inbox/sent mail on 3 Mac devices with Verizon as ISP? Thanks.

Please advise how to set up mail so that I do not have to read all incoming email on 3 Mac devices (Macbook air, iphone and mac mini). Once read, I'd like to delete an email, or save it to a folder. How to read and/or delete a message so that it is read or deleted once but occurs on all 3 devices? My ISP is Verizon and I have a POP account. Thanks, Ellhen

The only solution I can think of, would be to turn off Mail on your devices and use Verizon's web based mail service.

Thanks for your reply, Mark. But wouldn't using Verizon's web-based mail service mean logging in with netmail.verizon.net each time I want to check mail?

The only way to do what you want is to keep your mail on an IMAP server. Find out from Verizon whether it offers that service. If not, you'll have to get it somewhere else.
