Error 2102f trying to reinstall

I am trying to reinstall OSX. I know how to get to the recovery screen but pressing command and R while booting, then I connect to an internet connect. Then it shows a loading bar, and then gives me the error "-2102f". Any reason why this is happening? I am currently running Mountain Lion. I've tried an ethernet connection and a wireless connection.
