how come i cant download apps such as clash of clans or sky go?

i was just wondering if you can download games such as clash of clans on your macbook because i thought that you would of been able to

MacBook Air, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4)

For iOS based devices only > Clash of Clans for iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation), iPod touch (5th generation) and iPad on the iTunes App Store
