How To Change The Facetime Apple ID off my old iTouch?

I sold my cousin my old iPod Touch 4th gen for her daughter when I bought my iPhone 4 but it's still linked to my Apple ID how can I get it she has an account to use but i dont know how to set it up! the messages of hers are popping up on my phone!
