My laptop and itunes is not seeing the ipod. the ipod is charging, so it sees the macbook. But the macbook doesn't see it. HELP.
My laptop and itunes are not seeing my ipod classic. the ipod is charging, so it sees the macbook. But the macbook doesn't see it. I have the most recent itunes loaded. the usb connection is fine. I've rebooted the laptop, I've rebooted the ipod. I don't know what else to do. Help, please.
