Okay so I accidentally washed my dads earpods in the washing machine and put them in the dryer unknowingly. Now the left earphone doesn't work at all. He has an iPhone 5, so they came with the phone I was wondering if apple will give me new ones since only one earphone works. Or can the phone company (I have AT&T) give me new ones? I'm pretty sure my dad has a warranty on his phone

While the accessories do share the iPhone's warranty, the warranty does not cover accidental damage. A new pair of the EarPods with Remote and Mic is $29.00.
Go to an Apple store and ask-it can't hurt.
