Sep 1, 2013 11:54 PM in response to Jasmil1213by King_Penguin,If you are getting the exclamation mark then they are not were iTunes is expecting to find them, they've either been moved or deleted from your computer. Depending upon what country that you are in (redownloading isn't possible in all countries) you might be able to re-download iTunes purchases from the store via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes - if they have 'downloaded' against them instead of the cloud symbol then try deleting those missing tracks from your library (where you are getting the exclamation mark) and they should get the cloud symbol for redownloading.
If you can't redownload them do you have them on your iPod or on your backup of your downloads ? If they are on your iPod then File > Devices > Transfer Purchases should copy iTunes downloads back (though again you'll need to delete those entries from your library first). If they are non-iTunes purchases and they are on your iPod then there are some programs listed half-way down this page which should be able to copy them back : https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-3991
