I have two computers, I wish to transfer files from both of my computers to my Iphone

¿How do I do this without wiping the info from the previous computer when i´m trying to put data from the second machine? I thought you could syncronize your iphone with up to 5 devices but it doesn´t seem to work, I got a new computer and I want to be able to transfer my files from this computer as well without wiping the info I got in with my other computer.

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.4

You are incorrect. You can have 5 computers authorized with your AppleID in iTunes. The iPhone will synch with only ONE iTunes library at a time. If you want to consolidate files from 2 iTunes libraries, you'll need to move the files from one computer and put them on the other. Then use this computer with the 2 combined libraries to synch your iphone.
