plz help me how to turn 3G on in iphone 4S???

You turned it on already. The local network provider has to supply it, in this case Eagle Al. They provide the same but call it E.

E indicates you are connected to an EDGE (2G) data network. Whether or not the 3G slider appears is up to the carrier. if it does not appear, as in your case, then 3G is turned on at all times. If the phone can not detect a 3G network, or if your account is not provisioned to allow 3G data service, the phone will automatically drop back to an EDGE network if one is detected.

Contact your carrier. make sure that you are in a 3G coverage area, and that there is not a problem with the 3G service in your area, and that your account is properly provisioned for 3G data.

Try Settings>General>Resets>Reset Network Settings.
