Hi guys,
Need help. I am using 3GS and able to charge but unable to snyc or connect to my computer even after installing all the necessary drivers and software.
Really strange. I can't even do a soft reset.
Help appreciated.

Thank you for your reply.
I have tried all the steps and it is still undetected.
I try it on windows 7 and OSX, still the same issue.
Really strange. Can be charge but not detectable. Unless it has to do with something internal like software.
