My iPod is locked. To be able to open reopen it I need a laptop with iTunes on it. I have problem download the iTunes on my laptop so I can't reopen the iPod.

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
