My son ran up my credit card with purchases in iTunes

My son had a gift card for iTunes, but accidentally went over the gift card limit and has run up over $80 in iTunes purchases on his iPod. Is there anyway to get a refund or something for these unauthorized purchases? I have removed my credit card information from all if our Apple products as well, but had 7.74 more come through today.
