Q: Hello, a song I purchased on ITunes on ipod is not playing the song.  It displays the artist details when I select and then it goes back to playlist. Song name: Wake me up by Avicii.  Can I get credit for this?

Song purchase on ipod: Wake me up by Avicii is displayed on my playlist and doesnt play the song.  Do I need to delete the song and re-purchase it? If so, can I get a credit for the one I have that's not playing?

Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting that track from the Music app on your iPod and redownload it via the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app (or the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes)

If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if it re-downloads with the same problem then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support (we are fellow users here on these forums) : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
