Q: why is it speaking to me?

I use my iphone and ipod nano 7th to cycle. While listening to music, a voice comes on identifying my playlists, then skips the song, and keeps doing the same. Why is it doing this and how can I stop it from ever doing it again!?!

Hi there,

It sounds like a feature called Voice Over is enabled. I would recommend taking a look at the article below for more information on how to disable it.
