I have tried clicking on the icon on my desktop & in my programs. When that doesn't work, I tried connecting my iphone to my computer to open it up that way... nothing. I will wait almost 30 mins-1 hr, not just a few minutes & it never pulls up. I have uninstalled & reinstalled itunes. I have even tried to close the program in task manager & try opening it again. Nothing....
