My Macbook Air 2012 Mid now switch off when I pull of power adapter.
Mac OS shows battery charged to 100%.

Tried it. Did not resolved the problem.

But it did not setup: says it incompartible with my software, but I'm using Mac OS X 10.8.4 (latest)
If there is an Apple store nearby, you should take the computer to to the store
to have the computer checked out.
