Q: I opened a new account independent of any device and I am not able to use it to purchase music

I opened a new acount in order to keep a set of music purcheses separate from my established account. A clean way to see and manage this set of purchases. The account is not linked to any devices.

When I log in I cannot use to purchase music. The response I get is that it has not been used in iTunes and to review my account info.

I don't know what I did wrong
